About us

The platform

AccuLNP™ is built on a library of several hundred proprietary ionizable lipids, optimised by structure–activity relationship. The head group sets pKa and ionisation against pH and drives endosomal escape; the linker controls biodegradation and conformation; the tail governs endosomal-membrane disruption, and branched tails improve escape. Potent mRNA transfection tracks with a lipid pKa of about 6.2–6.4.
